Michelle Hayes is a principal of SKH, offering a diverse track record of executive leadership, business consulting and community stewardship to the clients of SKH. As Vice President of Associate Relations, Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development and Learning at Hannaford Supermarkets, Michelle worked closely with the senior leadership team providing strategic human resource counsel, directing restructuring initiatives and leading hundreds of associate relations professionals across the organization. She is experienced in diverse business and personal cultures as a resident of Europe for seven years, and from working with cross-cultural teams on three continents with the Delhaize Group.
Phil has been working as an organizational, business focused psychologist for fifteen years. His prior experience was in the clinical field where he had a broad range of experiences working with psychological instruments and helping people make behavioral changes. Phil has used his psychometric skills to address a variety of business needs including: executive coaching, candidate assessment, developmental assessments and planning.
Dr. Wendy Kjeldgaard is a psychologist who originally hails from Maine. Her experience as a psychologist involves providing consultation to organizations, businesses, universities and treatment providers. She has also experience in many types of teaching and training, including lecturing at universities and presenting at conferences and workshops.
Peter Hayes is principal of Healthcare Solutions and affiliate partner of SKH, offering a 20-year track record of innovation and leadership in strategic health benefits design. As co-founder and past president of the Maine Health Management Coalition, Peter’s passion and vision have driven the market to deliver higher-quality, safe and affordable care for all Americans. He brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in health care reform gained from various leadership roles on the national and regional levels, in both the public and private sectors.
Venita M. Simcock is a Human Resources Professional with more than 25 years of diverse HR experience. She has worked in a variety of industries, including banking, healthcare, informational technology, manufacturing, engineering, finance, legal and sales and marketing. With her most recent employer, Venita completed a three-year expatriate assignment managing the HR organization in a growing European region headquartered in Amsterdam.
Katie Vaillancourt works with corporate clients to develop and deliver customized training solutions. Prior to starting her consulting business Katie served as the Corporate Training Manager at Contech Engineered Solutions LLC where she worked for over 10 years. Working for a large organization as an in-house trainer and manager afforded her the opportunity to work closely with all departments. Her areas of expertise and focus include: leadership and management training, communications skills, DISC, presentation skills, online learning best practices and tools, new hire onboarding, job specific training programs, sales skills and tools, customer service, corporate learning strategy & infrastructure and more.
